Affinity Events has created and managed large scale indoor and outdoor concerts and festivals.
From the early stages of planning a budget, finding a site and applying for licences, our team can support you as you get your event off the ground. We can then specify, book and manage all infrastructure, contractors and technical equipment.
Affinity arranges and manages event sites and all the necessary facilities including toilets, fencing, temporary offices and dressing rooms. We are proficient in all areas of health & safety and can collect and collate the necessary paperwork from all your suppliers.
We specialise in the supervision of large event sites.
Site Planning
Affinity Events has looked after gatherings for a few hundred people as well as sites for several thousand.
We have the knowledge, experience and understanding to design a site that works for your particular event. In the planning stages, our staff will help you visualise an event. They will assist with any planning or licensing applications. They will liaise with local authority planning departments, fire departments and all site contractors on your behalf. They will ensure the event site is safe, welcoming and easy to navigate for those attending.
In keeping with our clients' requests, we can ensure site designs are cost effective and environmentally friendly.
