MAYC Intense – Youth Festival
Affinity Events have been working with the MAYC for the last four years, and are responsible for helping to produce three large scale events for them this year alone. Second in the trilogy was 6T:Intense – a weekend camping event in Derbyshire.
Delegate booking was handled through our online delegate management solution. We look forward to future events with MAYC.

Affinity Events took a team of nine event managers and event assistants to Blackpool for a weekend attended by nearly 2500 people from all across the country.
This was the culmination of nearly eighteen months of planning, meetings and site visits undertaken between Affinity and the volunteers who run the event.

Affinity Events were contacted just a few weeks before the event, to provide the majority of the event infrastructure, including a marquee, big top, staging, fencing and power systems.
The events lasted for two weeks, with upto 1300 people attending each night.
Affinity also sourced and provided 1300 chairs with a specialist locking system which was part of the licensing conditions and needed for the event to go ahead.
