Conference Dinner
When the conference team at one of the country’s leading trade associations chose Cardiff as the venue for their 2004 conference, there was only one problem – there was nowhere in the city that could cater for the conference dinner – with 760 attendees. The association contacted Affinity Events who proposed a clearspan marquee system, temporary kitchen and toilets.
A team from Affinity were on site for a week building and preparing the site, before returning it to its previous condition.
The pictures show the event laid 24 hours before the guests were due to arrive.
