Acevo Conference
Attended by over 400 Chief Executives and with a keynote from Cherie Blair, Affinity Events were approached to undertake all technical aspects of this high profile conference.
With a main room seating over 400 conference style, 6 breakout rooms, a foyer area and an exhibition the team of 8 technicians and two managers were kept busy.
Due to time constraints all equipment was rigged overnight, for a full day’s conference and removed again – all within a 24 hour period.
